Arunachal Border Tension: भारत और चीन के बीच अरुणाचल प्रदेश सीमा पर चल रहे तनाव को लेकर सियासत गरमा गई है. आईटीबीपी (ITBP) के महानिदेशक के हालिया बयान के बाद कांग्रेस अध्यक्ष मल्लिकार्जुन खरगे ने केंद्र सरकार पर बड़ा हमला बोला है. खरगे ने सोशल मीडिया प्लेटफॉर्म ‘एक्स’ के जरिए प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी को आड़े हाथों लेते हुए कहा कि सरकार को चीन को क्लीन चिट देना बंद करना चाहिए और देश के सामने सच रखना चाहिए.

Reports of Chinese incursions near Taksing emerged in August. Yet, even 47 days after Corps Commander-level talks at Wacha–Damai, reportedly just 180 km away, confrontations continue. Has India’s patrolling access been compromised? Arunachal Pradesh is an inseparable part of India. Why is the nation being kept in the dark?
2. ECONOMIC SECURITY
Since Galwan sacrifice of 20 Indian Army bravehearts, (FY2020–21), Chinese imports have surged 102%, while India’s trade deficit with China has ballooned 155% to $112.16 billion. Even Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman admits China obstructs Indian exports. Yet, the Government is easing Chinese investment restrictions and considering PLI benefits for eligible China-linked ventures. Has Make in India become Import from China?
3. DIPLOMATIC ACCOUNTABILITY
At least 23 reported Modi–Xi meetings and interactions, 25 Special Representatives’ rounds involving NSA Ajit Doval, 36 WMCC meetings, and successive SCO and BRICS Summits. What tangible results have these engagements delivered? Have India’s pre-May 2020 patrolling rights been fully restored?

आईटीबीपी डीजी के बयान पर जताई चिंता
कांग्रेस अध्यक्ष ने कहा कि आईटीबीपी के डीजी द्वारा अरुणाचल प्रदेश में चीनी सेना के साथ लगातार जारी झड़पों की पुष्टि करना बेहद चिंताजनक है. उन्होंने सवाल उठाया कि डोकलाम और गलवान के बाद क्या एक बार फिर देश को टकराव का सामना करना पड़ रहा है? खरगे ने पूछा कि कोर कमांडर स्तर की बातचीत के इतने दिन बीत जाने के बाद भी टकराव क्यों जारी है और क्या भारत के गश्त (पेट्रोलिंग) करने के अधिकारों से समझौता किया गया है? उन्होंने सरकार पर देश को अंधेरे में रखने का गंभीर आरोप लगाया.

आर्थिक मोर्चे और आयात को लेकर घेरा
राष्ट्रीय सुरक्षा के साथ-साथ आर्थिक सुरक्षा पर सवाल उठाते हुए खरगे ने आंकड़ों का हवाला दिया. उन्होंने कहा कि गलवान घाटी में 20 वीर जवानों के सर्वोच्च बलिदान के बाद से चीनी आयात में 102% की भारी बढ़ोतरी हुई है. इसके अलावा, चीन के साथ भारत का व्यापार घाटा 155% बढ़कर 112.16 अरब डॉलर तक पहुंच गया है. उन्होंने तंज कसते हुए पूछा कि क्या अब ‘मेक इन इंडिया’ की नीति बदलकर ‘इम्पोर्ट फ्रॉम चाइना’ बन गई है?
गौरतलब है कि हाल ही में आईटीबीपी के डीजी शत्रुजीत कपूर के अरुणाचल बॉर्डर पर भारत-चीन फेसऑफ और लंबे समय से चल रहे तनाव संबंधी बयान के बाद से राजनीतिक गलियारों में हलचल तेज हो गई है.
